Where did my fascination with collages being?
Finishing puzzles with my grandma used to pass the time. In 2003, I lived abroad in Italy. There was a stack of Italian magazines that were destined for the trash can. I wanted to use them to help me learn the language, but tore out the pages to create a funny image instead. Boom! The birth of my collage fascination begins.
Creating an image from a vision, a dream, or a wacky idea is the first step in the process. The process is all about finding these pieces and putting them all together.
